Room is very small. Not a lot of surface spaces to put our personal belongings. The air conditioning is not cooling. A bit strange that we can see through the bathroom from the bed’s side even tough there’s a hiding « screen ».

The window did not seem to seal properly so we were woken 2 nights in a row with banging and noise starting from maybe 7/8am going on until 11am we were unable to sleep properly at night also due to noise. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable also.

Lisboa is fantastic and beautiful city - one of europes best 👌. Of course lots of sun helps. The hotel is in good location between museum and shopping and the main centre. Breakfast is good and hotel is good quality 4 star - i would recommend defo 👌

The property was close to all the major tourist attractions. Very convenient to walk . This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and indeed to do so every time I’m in Lisbon .

Reasonable - but wouldn’t stay again
Ok hotel, but probably better options around for the price. Breakfast was decent, but missing a salad offering. Some basic annoyances would stop me staying again: rooms were a bit cramped, as was the bathroom; there is nowhere to hang towels other than above the toilet; there is no soap dish; there are no bedside plugs (travesty!); the bathroom tiles and grouting needs a good clean to remove the black mould. Only real saving grace is the location, right next to parque eduardo vii

Great stay at Turim for a conference. Excellent business style hotel, great location to walk everywhere and also excellent proximity to multiple buses and metro. Very clean, spacious and comfortable room.

Great Location, Horrible Beds
We loved Lisbon, hated this hotel. 1st night we checked in late afternoon & wanted to nap before heading out to dinner. Discovered our bed was in such poor condition it felt more like a waterbed with absolutely no support. We called down to get a new room. However none were available that day so we had to check out the next day, leave our luggage with the staff and check back in after 4pm. The new bed was slightly better but for what’s deemed a luxury hotel they should invest in more basic comforts for their guests. The mirror behind our side table was broken. Went to use the iron and it had a glue like substance on the bottom making it unusable. For the most part the entire hotel looked like it could do with a refresh. The staff was kind but not overly attentive or helpful for that matter. The location was great but there are plenty of other hotels in the area. If you are looking for comfort after a long day walking I’d suggest selecting any other hotel in the area but this one. I’ve travelled extensively and this was top 3 for worst places stayed in 20+ years.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel! It’s clean, safe, quit, pleasant and it’s near the city metro. I highly recommend it. Great for solo travelers!
