This has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were all amazing especially Camila who initially greeted us and gave us tips on where to visit and eat. The cappuccino on arrival was so welcome. Location was perfect near Rossio Square but still quiet at night. The buffet breakfast spread selection was incredible. Largest I have ever seen. I loved this hotel and can’t wait to return. Fantastic.

Nous avons aimé la localisation de l'hôtel. Cela nous a permis de tout voir à Lisbonne en se déplaçant à pieds seulement. Notre chambre était au 5e étage et on avait une belle vue le matin ainsi que le soir. Un peu bruyant parcontre avec police et ambulance ainsi que les fêtards qu'on entend souvent tard dans la nuit. Chambre petite avec lit et oreillers très confortables. Excellent déjeuner qui est inclus dans le prix Personnel très gentil et serviable. Merci

We booked two rooms as travelled as family. The staff were very friendly, a warm welcome and great start to our holiday in Lisbon. Went out of the way including a welcome glass of wine at checkin! As a boutique hotel feels very cosy and staff gave some very valuable insights into Lisbon. Location in Baixa is great as just next to Rossio Metro, 28 tramline and walking distance to many an attraction. A very good breakfast with varied delcious mix of Portuguese and continental options.

Fabulous Hotel and Friendly Staff
A lovely, clean and quirky hotel, centrally located and within a 30 minute Metro journey from the Airport. The breakfasts were fresh and plentiful and the lovely dining/reception area is open all day for guests to enjoy complementary coffee/tea and snacks. Rooms are on the higher floors, away from the noise of the street and are fully air-conditioned. The staff are very friendly and approachable and speak several languages - very impressive!

We were a little nervous about a) the front door between the shoes stores is not your typical hotel entrance and b) our 6th story room with a 5th story elevator. Neither of these things were remotely a problem. The location is perfectly centered between public transportation options and different tourist communities. You will notice an upgrade in the more touristy blocks from the outside, but we could not have stayed at more accommodative place in the area. And our room was spacious and relaxing in every way.

This boutique style hotel worked out perfectly for us. The location gave easy access to all the tourist spots and many restaurants. It was also close to the outdoor food market that was lots of fun. The staff was very friendly and gave us great suggestions for dinner and getting around. They arranged for our very early 4:00am taxi to the airport and it worked out perfectly. All in all, we'd stay here again.

This was wonderful on every level! The staff is the best! So friendly and willing to go the extra mile! They worked with me to change flights and various other things. Super clean hotel and very spacious. It worked so well for us. We had two bedrooms connected by a hallway and one bathroom for three people in our family.

Very nice large room (jr suite). Awesome staff. Sixth floor involves stair to top floor (elevator goes to 5th) staff helps in needed. So close to everything.. meet tour groups around corner. Quiet room, great mattress.

This boutique hotel is everything that you need. The location is perfect, the staff are so kind and helpful and attentive. Joao was amazing and Caro was so nice and helpful. The room was great, the internet was great if you need to check emails , the breakfast was great… the train, the tram and every kind of transportation is just nearby along with the central district. It’s a great hotel :)
