The room is a bit aged but large & clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite good, tasty and good variety. The wifi connection can be improved.

The toilet stopped flushing in our first room. We had to move rooms at 10.10pm after returning from a night at the theatre. They upgraded us to an Executive Twin room and offered to help us pack up and move (which we declined). We also received two complimentary drink vouchers. Although physically in an upgraded room - the only difference was a complimentary large bottle of water, a tea pot, tea leaves and throws on the bed - we had no access to the other executive facilities such as internet, Pay TV, a code to the executive lounge, etc. So compensation wasn't really the $30 tariff the Manager claimed.

We were sent to a room that hadn't been serviced - not a great start. Quickly rectified but annoying. Rooms are dated and tired. Thought charging for the bottles of water left out on the bedside tables seemed a bit petty/stingy. Didn’t eat at the restaurant as again it looks very dated. Lobby looks like an airport lounge.

Fine for the night
A night away as our own bed was out of action. Room was fine, set up a little weird, with the TV to the left instead ahead of the bed, getting a little dated now. Otherwise room was nice. Bathroom clean and convenient, shower good. The bed was pretty hard but otherwise fine. Staff efficient and friendly. Central to good eateries, parking extra $10 per night.
