Room was extremely noisy, rooms above you could hear all abluotions. Bottleshop next door emptying bottles etc late at night. Convenient location, but to many cons then pros
Very clean and tidy. The kitchenette had all of the basic equipment we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We were happy to be within walking distance of Salamanca Place and Hobart city.
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Early check in. Wonderful location and excellent bed, linen and large kitchenette, we cooked everyday with lovely fresh ingredients. Definitely stay again!
Great position. Nice walk into city, Salamanca Markets, Battery Point and Sandy Bay. No road noise. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room and bed. Would definitely stay there again.
The living room level is spacious, has a balcony and lively. However the upstairs level where the bedrooms are located is not so good. Very small bedrooms and are a little bit claustrophobic with the cieling less than the standard height you normally see. Bathroom is good and clean.

Good size room and bathroom. Great television, good location close to eateries and Salamanca.
Parking was limited if you get in late but otherwise good. WiFi strong but internet useless - 1 bar Telstra was better.
Overall, was a good stay.
Older property but excellent condition! Not far from Salamanca market !
Room was a good size with bathroom bright & roomy ! Would definitely come back!
This property is in a fabulous location, in walking distance to Salamanca, the waterfront etc and the staff were lovely. My only disappointment was that I booked about 8 months in advance and still got one of the worst rooms so far as location. It was on the ground floor, directly on the car park and next to the bins. I would expect this type of room as a last minute booking, not one so far in advance. Avoid odd numbered rooms starting with 4!

The location is great but the property is very old, run down. Looks dirty. There is no elec blanket in the room. It has a heater but not plug in.
Room was functional, spotlessly clean and everything worked. Best shower water pressure I have ever experienced in my travels. Plenty of hot water. Well done.
The Thaw property was very clean and spotless. It offers excellent value, and the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this apartment!
