The location is convenient and staff are friendly, the downside is you can hear the voice from next door and the laundry machine goes all day/night long.
What i liked about this property was the room was a great size, But not cluttered. The bed was great to sleep in and the pillows where perfect, Shower was also excellent. And i found it quiet. Staff where Friendly. The Location is an easy 15 min walk to cbd. Value for money yes. I would stay here again just longer

I rated 3 as I am not impressed becuse of the following:
- lobby could be better lighted.
- our bed is a bit squeeky and unstable because it rolls.
- No bath robe, no slipper
- No free drinking water unlike other 3-4 hotels, they offered drinking water
- Can't cast my phone into the telly.
- Door could be more secured by putting an automatic hinge above. I have to drag the door to close always
Terrible coffee.
7eleven coffee is better.
The breakfast buffet was a little lacking, I wouldn't bother doing it twice.
Other than that, there were no dramas, friendly staff, and happy to mind our bags whilst we went hiking for 4 days and returned.
