We found this motel to be very nice, the room was clean and well positioned with a sea view, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We are are going to visit the area again in a years time and intend to use the motel again.

Can’t beat the location. However average tired motel needed a facelift for excessively priced. Bring your own Toiletries as only had small soap bars and packet of shampoos. TV had no signal during wet weather.

Perfect motel to spot to stay at if you're going to do the Great Ocean Rd Marathon! Starting line is just a short walk from the motel. Was lucky to book the last available room for race weekend! Get in super early. Friendly staff, spacious room with everything you need. Would stay again.

It was excellent place for living. Me and my family we were pleased. Good accommodation, clean and mostly the sea views from our balcony. We stayed at 21 number room and it was awesome. Highly recommended.

The location is amazing. We had a balcony right across from the beach. The view was amazing. Ask for one of these rooms.

I have stayed here several times, excellent location across the road from the beach. Parking provided included, walking distance to everything, free wifi which was excellent,room was clean and bathroom, just a bit dusty. The bed was very comfortable, it was quiet and peaceful had a balcony and ocean view.

Perfect location....situated right in the centre of Lorne...easy walkable access to shops and beach...property is showing its age a little and the bathroom was a bit gloomy and old...shower wasn't very clean but overall it was ok...will definitely return but might get another room :)

Very friendly staff and easy check in. Room was clean and bright and very comfortable. Best location in Lorne! A security door would be a handy addition to the room to allow fresh air and keep out any bugs!
