The check in was easy, but when we got to the room, we noticed that is extremely cold. I tried to warm it up by changing the temperature on the thermostat, but it didn’t seem to work. I called downstairs and they said they will fix it from there. 30 minutes later the room is still extremely cold and I called again and they said we will take care of it. Long story short, five hours later were still Shaking from being so cold and we just decided to just sleep with our clothes on. Also, I asked them to give us a wake up call at 6:30 am because our flight was leaving at 10 and since it was international flight, we had to be at the gate by 8 o’clock. They simply ignored my request. Luckily, I happen to wake up by 6:40 myself. How I just relied on them, it would’ve lost our international flight which would’ve cost us thousands of dollars To purchase it again.
Then we got ready went to get cup of coffee and leave, and the lady in the breakfast area was extremely rude to us and almost shouted at us that breakfast is not included. I said we’re not even eating. We’re just sitting here to get a cup of coffee. Overall they do not care because you’re stranded in the airport and that’s basically one of the two hotels that are available in the Frankfurt Airport so people have no choice to use it. So I’m Sure they do not care about peoples reviews because they know they will have enough customers
