Great family vacation
The hotel is really close to universal but the walk have a little uphill and up the stairs, so can get tiring if you been walking all day. So i still take the shuttle.

We enjoyed our two night stay at the property. The room was clean, it was convenient for us as we went to universal and then a concert that evening. Dining was average but REALLY expensive for a club sandwich and a bread pudding. Yikes. I was given a wheelchair accessible room on the ground level and hadn’t requested that type of room. I would have loved a view instead of the back of a road covered with trees and no view. Everything was fine, just not anything to write home about

Hilton Universal is our choice when visiting the park. Unfortunately this visit I must say the beds were terrible. I guess multiple uses over 365 days really shows. We had body indents in them and you could feel every pressure point on your body. Definitely got a terrible sleep over our stay.
