Giovanny was a great help when we checked in for the VIP access. He helped us navigate the resort. Food was the best food we have had at any of our all inclusive resorts we stayed at! Would for sure come back!

Pueblo Bonita Sunset was the perfect place to stay on our first trip to Mexico! The staff exhibited amazing customer service! Only complaint is the kids club cost extra and closes early, so we couldn’t really utilize it for a dinner date.

We were told upon arrival we would get vip stuff in our room upon arrival none were givin. We had no hot water the first day . Bathroom and kitchen had baby ants everywhere and I had to kill 2 baby lizards in the room throughout our stay. Beautiful views throughout the hotel and food is sub par from other places I have stayed at . Transportation throughout resort is hard you have to get a cart to take you wherever you want to go . Staff is very friendly

Horrific establishment
Booked a 4 night stay and checked out after the FIRST night - losing the entirety of our money because the hotel failed to offer any incentive or even offer a partial refund! This hotel is dirty, cheap, run down and outright disgusting. Their hospitality is lackluster, food and drink are the equivalent to a buffet. This is a glorified motel, the photos are completely misleading. After 5 minutes of walking in our room, our feet turned black. The manager failed to make us feel welcome or offer a consolation to enjoy the rest of our stay. Zero accommodations were honored during our one day stay. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The MARQUIS!

Ocean view was spectacular. Variety of food was great however, could have a little more quality. Transportation to any area of the resort was outstanding. The staff always respectful and helpful. Don’t fall for their property “timeshare” with incentives offer unless you like high pressure sales. Resort is located on a no swim beach area which was not attractive to us. Overall nice property hosted by an amazing staff.
