We LOVED it. It is a timeshare , so be prepared for the consistency of the sales reps . Property 10/10. Food and restaurants options 10/10. Staff and hospitality 10/10. The ability to visit the sister resorts definitely added great value. We are POC.. and service and kindness were consistent from staff. Views breath taking. We will be returning.

Stayed here for my birthday girls trip and really loved it. We felt safe. Everyone was very nice. The resort was spotless. The food was delicious. VIP concierge went above and beyond. Definitely recommend this resort.

The property is rundown , old, no amenities, dirty a lot of bugs and extremely rude staff that never smiles with no service! Do not expect any white glove service at this hotel they don’t even offer you a welcome cocktail. They are not accommodating at all. I did not feel safe at this property either.

My Fiance and I stayed from Aug 25th until Sep 1st. My fiance and I are long-distance due to our jobs so this was our annual meet-up. He flew from KOREA to this resort and upon arrival, we were treated with a welcoming embrace. We were extremely excited to explore all this resort had to offer, and it seemed like it was going to be the perfect vacation. Unfortunately, the next day ( Aug 26th) my fiance opened the shower door (which is fully tempered glass) and the door broke off the hinge. This caused the glass door to shatter and explode shards of glass onto him. His entire forearm and leg were cut open and he was bleeding profusely. I immediately called the front desk and they sent their medical to our room quickly. He ended up with 12 stitches total. The medical team then came out with the bill and we were forced to pay the $580 USD bill. The next day, we spoke to a manager to get a new room because we no longer had a shower door and still finding pieces of glass on the floor. We were moved to a new room, and the manager confirmed with their maintenance team that the door hinges were bent and rusty causing the break. He refused to reimburse us for our medical bill although Article V of Hotel Regulations “The hotel will cover the expenses caused when the guest’s illneness is due to causes attributable to the establishment itself”. We emailed for some kind of refund and have yet to get a response although we've called and talked to multiple staff regarding this situation.

1) you can not swim in the ocean at this resort 2) adult only pool does not have a bar. You have to go upstairs to the other pool that is kid friendly to get a drink. Odd! 3) everywhere you go, you have to take their golf cart service and are expected to tip. 4) $25 taxi ride to downtown Cabo from the resort 5) room leaked during the tropical storm - we just placed towels around the room and stayed as we only had one more night 6) drinks in all pool areas were watered down (yes I am positive of this as I drink only one thing) 7) what is included with all inclusive and not included was confusing 8) the two most helpful employees were Gianni and Conrrado. Both are excellent at their job! 9) closest pool to us was closed for renovation 10) Fun Zone was closed during our stay 11) we were told to bring our fish (we went fishing and caught fish) to the Bistro and they would prepare them for us but they would not and blamed it on the tropical storm
