Service at this hotel is not good at all. They’re clearing trying to cut corners as much as possible to save money. Definitely more of a party hotel than anything. Rooms were decent and clean but that was really the only good aspect. Cannot swim in the ocean out front of the resort as the current is too strong. No jacuzzis as well on any of the riu resorts. Place is basura

The staff was amazing! Everyone always had a smile and ready to help or answer a question. Room was clean and fridge was stocked with drinks and mixers. We had an issue with the phone in our room, the staff was up quickly to correct the issue

Please beware of the false advertising. This resort advertises resort credits but when you arrive they will argue with you and refuse to honor it . This property is for people who’s single and like to party only not couple friendly in my opinion!

We enjoyed our stay the staff at the buffet like Cesia, Aldo and so many more were top notch!! The only thing we did not enjoy was our room being by the theater and the band playing until 11pm, maybe a reasonable time is 10pm, other than that love RIU properties

Good property with exceptional staff. The view from the pool area is excellent. Just enough activities and events to keep busy besides sitting at the pool. Would definitely return to this resort.

Stay away from the VIP experience, it’s a time share presentation. Check in was late. Buffet sub par. Tempenyaki was great! Pools were good,but could use more cleaning.
