Arrived to dry greeting had to pay additional $15 since we had more than 4 guest as a family of 5 two adult and 3 babies not sure why I have to pay extra. Also pool room was cold heater was broken both heaters. Had to go back to my room to gather dirty towels to get clean ones. Breakfast was appreciated. Host came and offered one hour late check out which was appreciated due to winter storm. Rooms were clean bathroom was looking good but didn’t real like it was dirty. Heat turned off every 2 minutes Wouldn’t stay again

I always have a good day at Baymont in Brooks Kentucky. Three out of the four stays I have had the pool to myself for 3 hours or more.

Not clean

We were traveling with our dog , so we needed a pet friendly hotel. The floors were sticky , towels were stained and bathrooms tub and floor had hair.

The pool needed to be cleaned better. The breakfast wasn't that great either it could have great variety for a higher end hotel l have to say it was very quiet and the beds where quite comfortable.
