Only upside was the location in relation to the Fairgrounds, which was the purpose of our trip. Our room had not been cleaned, just made beds. There was dried juice on the floor and the sink area. And it was obvious the previous customer was rolling J's because there was cig tobacco all over the bedside table. The lady behind the counter was nice though and gave us another room. Hotel is right by the airport so you can count on a UPS jet landing over your room every 10-15 minutes.
Roach infested!! Bugs everywhere, ceiling, floor, walls!! No tissues or toilet paper. Stayed there for two nights for a music festival so we were stuck and got gouged with $325 per night cost. Never again!!! Felt like I needed a bath and delousing after leaving.

Lots of noise from the airplanes overhead and the interstate nearby (at least from the front street-facing rooms). Older property. Bare bones amenities. Suitable for one or two nights and the most reasonable I could find in the area due to the music festival.

I had requested a downstairs handicap room because my spouse had planned to attend with me but last minute he decided not to go which was a good thing because when I arrived I was on the second floor and not a handicap room
It’s affordable, I always stay there anytime I come to Louisville.

Rooms are comfortable, however on this visit i walked around barefooted and my feet turned black the floors were that dirty. Took themniver 24hrs to change a light bulb in the bathroom.

I will never stay here again, property looked nothing like the pictures. When I checked in, we had to change rooms 3 times because nobody cleaned them and left trash full and dirty sheets just thrown on the side table.
I love the hotel two ladies at the front Desk they are so patient they are so nice. They’re willing to take it to the limit. If you need anything at any time They are so nice I promise you my phone went dead in my car wasn’t working and the lady said there’s a charger outside she help me she did not get mad if I stayed on the property she was wonderful. I love the front desk two ladies from the day of 26 to the 29th that they don’t do late nights in the morning they are wonderful I love the hotel it was clean and nice it’s just Expedia. I would not go through them no more.
No I wanna say that the two beautiful ladies at the front desk are amazing I promise you that they have the The patience to sit and wait and wait and wait until I walked back from the store and she did not rush me at all and it was a late night the next morning they both was nice and just so nice but Expedia in them Had charged me double for everything I had no money like that to spend so I could not eat. I lost my job I could not do anything because I told them they double charged me and Expedia gave me the runaround they sent me to nine different agents just to see the same thing the last nine seen I’m sending screenshots. I’m sending receipts and I’m sending statements they sat there and told me to go to Moe to a studio six in the fact that I didn’t know, how is the reason why I went to Expedia but they told me they just confirmed the deal and I have to go to studio six and. They did not tell me how to get in contact with who I needed to contact with. They told me they doing what they can do and they let me go. Expedia is not professional they’re not lenient they’re not nice there insensitive about your situation like I told the representative, I bet you everyone and Expedia ate breakfast to dinner this morning and yesterday but me I have an eaten anything because they took my food money. They took my kids they took for me and my kids and then they talked me off like this just because they got paid. They don’t even need to hear nothing from me and it’s just so heartbreakin
