Very clean and cozy hotel! The staff were very kind and accomodating, the fitness center and pool were lots of fun, and the breakfast was hot and delicious each morning. The only thing I took issue with was an annoyance at our room keycards, as they kept deactivating nearly every time we tried to use them. Thankfully, the staff was more than happy to replace them each time, so it was nothing more than a little irritating.

The hotel itself is nice. Friendly staff. Easy access and ability to go anywhere. The room was very dirty. There was dust on all the lamp fixtures, on top of the hair dryer, the plug for the hair dryer, the fire alarm light was covered in dust, the shower head was gross and needs to be soaked in vinegar to clean, the water pressure was low, the toilet didn’t flush as if it was clogged the whole time, the curtains had stains on them, the mats in the elevators need to be replaced so the smell goes away and lastly, my room keys would work then not work and I got locked out of my room twice because of this.

Louisville Shopping Trip
Easy and convenient location. The rooms were clean and in good shape. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a nice variety and the seating area was nice. Had a great little coffee bar, tea, and hot cocoa available all day. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Weekend getaway!
Customer service was amazing, room was comfortable and cozy, heated pool perfect for winter time, free breakfast and with all that being said we only had 2 complaints. Water pressure wasn't great any time of day and the door knobs need replaced as you have to insert the key several times.

I was very busy most of our stay preparing to be in my cousins wedding. However, this was my 3 girls first time staying in a hotel and they absolutely loved it❤️ My 4 year old keeps asking when we're going back to our "other house". We booked the Deluxe King Sweet and it was perfect home like setting but also ability to give mom and dad some relaxation time. I had also booked the other Deluxe King Sweet for my parents, unfortunately a pipe had burst in their room before we arrived. They were able to get them in a Regular King Sweet which was fine but my dad was a little salty about no Jacuzzi bathtub.
