Perfect Stay in Lubbock

The home was clean. Very well decorated. Entry was straightforward. Nice location to the university and many restaurants. Host was excellent to work with and returned text in a very timely manner. Loved our stay even though our team lost the games.

Cute house close to Jones AT&T Stadium

This is an older home that has been nicely re-done on the inside with ample parking. The kitchen, baths, and bedrooms are all equipped with the essentials including plenty of towels, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and extra pillows, blankets and sheets. Just a note for coffee drinkers: there is a coffee pot rather than a Keurig- which is fine for us. The living room is very cozy and seats several people on the sectional and swivel chair. The washer and dryer are a nice convenience. The security system provides peace of mind. Tech’s football stadium is only a 1.2 mile walk!

Excellent for Game Weekend stay!

This house is in an excellent location for football game weekends and has walkable entertainment and food options nearby. Very clean interior, well furnished and enough rooms for a decent sized group of friends. Only minor inconveniences were the door code (keypad) didn't work as instructed, and there isn't a true dining area in the house, otherwise everything was great.

Had an amazing experience

We needed somewhere to stay to house several family members while we were going through a horrible time. We had a family member in the hospital and we are not from the area. We had an amazing experience with this property…it was the perfect place for all of us to be together at such a crucial time. The person we were in contact with for the property was so helpful and was readily available anytime I had a question. I would definitely stay there again.

Lubbock Graduation STay

We were in Lubbock to celebrate our son's graduation from Texas Tech. This house is very conveniently located to everything. The host was easily accessible and friendly and helpful. The home was exactly as pictured. It is decorated very nicely and it was perfectly roomy for the 5 of us. We would stay here again if a stay in Lubbock became necessary!

Lovely place for a visit to Texas Tech

Lovely place. Bedrooms are well decorated and comfortable. Large sectional was great for movie watching in the evening. It worked well for our trip for TTU Graduation. There is not a dining area, so we brought a folding table and camping chairs and spent most of the time outside as the weather was beautiful! If you do not plan on cooking, this is a great place! Super close to campus.

Football game weekend

This is the second time that we've stayed here at this house and it won't be the last. Such a great little house with perfect location and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the stadium. This house has everything that you need. The management team even made sure that the grill was clean with a full propane tank and ready to go. Thanks for the wonderful stay. We'll be back again!!

Super Extended College Visit

My husband son and myself had a 4 day weekend so we decided to visit our daughter at Texas Tech. Our daughter arrived at the house before we did and she had trouble with opening the door. The property manager was there in less than 5 minutes to help. The home has been updated and looks as good as the pictures. The beds were all very comfortable. Some of my daughters friends came to stay one night and we were able to cook and enjoy dinner. My daughters friends stayed the night and that was the first night of the terrible freeze in Texas! We all could not leave due to dangerous roads. The property manager was super responsive and worked with us to extend our stay until we could travel back home. Highly recommend: great location to Texas Tech and super responsive!

Close to TTU

This is a good house for visiting your student at TTU. However, plan on eating out. Very little cooking utensils. No dishwasher. Only two chairs to eat meals at, small table that accompanies this. Lots of road and neighborhood noise. Just off Q street which is marginal. Home was clean, beds were comfortable and owner was responsive. We like to cook and eat in, so this was a challenge. Otherwise, nice place to stay. Bring earplugs!
