"Only two negatives really - laundry very expensive (always is). Room card stopped working 6 times and I had to go to the reception each time. They eventually changed a battery in the door but this took too long. Everything else great"

"Great location, amazing views, iconic hotel. The room was clean and comfortable but a bit outdated. It didn’t bother me though. The view was great from my room and from the top bar/ restaurant in the 26th floor."
