The room smelled like URINE and was FILTHY. I could not stay there. I went to the desk and asked to have my reservation canceled and requested a refund. I am really hoping that they honor my request.

After about an hour of checking in, we noticed a huge bug on the curtain. We went down to the front desk and showed them. They said it was a lady bug. It definitely was not. They ended up switching our rooms. In the process, a cleaning staff knocked on the door, we answered and she wanted to see the bug. She ended up completely opening the door and started cleaning. We weren’t done getting our things together and I wasn’t even out of the bathroom properly dressed. No care that we weren’t ready to get out the room to switch yet. It was about 5 minutes after getting our rooms switched. The cleanliness wasn’t the best as well. Hair in the refrigerator and stains all over the bathtub. I will not be staying here again when returning to Madison, Wi.

Was a nice place front guy was great we had beetles in one of our rooms he moved us. Breakfast was good first place that had biscuit and gravy and the biscuit where soft and tasted good. Only other issue we had was while we were eating breakfast the maid went into our room and started cleani g so we couldnt use the room no more before we even checked out. Lucky we had 2 rooms so we could still shower. Was gonna let front desk know but no one was there

The first room we were given was good up until about an hour or so after we arrived. At first we noticed a bunch of dead ladybugs on the floor, but after we were in the room for a while, we suddenly noticed several dozen ladybugs on the ceiling. We called the front desk and asked for another room. We were put into an inferior one, but at least there weren’t swarms of bugs. The sink drained very slowly in that room, something we could live with as we were only staying one night. The thing we didn’t like, however, was the lukewarm shower we both took in the morning. We never did have hot water at all in the room.

Hotel was ok. Bed was comfortable. The furniture was really dirty and could use a cleaning. No carpet, would have preferred rugs or carpet but just a personal preference. bathroom ceiling had a little paint pealing. Microwave was dirty inside.
