We stayed on the 18th floor and the apartment was excellent. Staff were also really good to help with anything we needed. The only comment I will have is that not all apartments are the same. This one was the best by far and I stayed in 3 in the same unit block now.

Accommodation was good except the hotel advertised the bathroom had a shower not a combined bath/shower and a very deep bath at that with no rails to hold which is not ideal for elderly guests I always look for shower only when booking accommodation so this was disappointing

The check in was cumbersome. Sent message stating 3pm was outside of check in hours and I had to do an online check in which had me uploading licence and credit card details which is very uncomfortable in the current environment. There was then no prompt as to what to do next so I called the number and got voicemail. After a call back shortly after I was welcomed onsite by staff who were in the office and no doiubt could have processed check in there and then?? Car park is confusing as its a separate building. No explanation of this either...

I found the customer service to be incredible when I arrived my room had a fridge leaking but the reception lady upgraded me to a bigger room free of charge. Also I was given a late check out and that truely was appropriated. Thank you
