I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Regina, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel has a nice modern decor. My room had most things you need and the bed was comfy, my only complaint is that I could randomly hear very loud running water, which I think must have been the showers in the rooms next to me. So not sure the rooms were soundproofed as described. The breakfast buffet was lovely, lots of choice and very friendly service, although no english tea bags. The hotel is very central and I would recommend staying here.

Hôtel Regina was perfect for our first visit to Madrid. The location is ideally central and walkable to most major attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back!

Great location, clean nice rooms in excellent condition, very friendly staff, and an outstanding breakfast buffet (included with Expedia VIP). There are 3 rooms on the first floor which are super convenient since there is a stairway and the buffet is on the first floor. Location is across the street from the Fairmont at a fraction of the price.

The perfect hotel for a visit to Madrid! Excellent location, within walking distance to most attractions and a metro station right at the hotel entrance. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The service was great, 5 star service! The breakfast was very tasty. We will return and choose this hotel without a doubt!

The property is excellent, like all the other reviews said. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, and every consideration was taken immediately. The room was lovely and clean and had wonderful amenities. The daily cleaning was top-notch and the hotel overall could not have been more perfect. And it’s situated within walking distance to most of the major attractions. At the very least, a short cab right away. A huge thank you to Hotel Regina!

I recently stayed at the Hotel Regina in Madrid and was disappointed with my experience. The constant construction noise made it difficult to relax, and the room cleanliness left much to be desired. Overall, the hotel didn’t offer good value for money, and I wouldn’t recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Such an amazing find of a hotel. Located just behind Gran Via. The room was very clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was amazing. Staff was helpful and polite, and was always smiling. I would stay again in a heartbeat though the room was not v large. This was even an upgraded room due to hotels.com membership!
