The Riu is located in an area that was close to everything. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean. The WiFi worked well. They had an amazing rooftop as well.

Esta es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel. Tiene una estación del metro muy cerca, la localización del hotel es perfecta, el desayuno buffet abundante pero podrían mejorar la calidad del pan y las mermeladas, el único inconveniente que vimos son los elevadores, angostos y largos automatizados que no sirve para gran cosa si vas como sardina. Otro inconveniente es que la propiedad no tiene una bahía para tomar un taxi o para que el transporte que te lleva al aeropuerto pueda estacionarse, todo tiene que ser apurado porque multan a los conductores. Otra cosa que falta en las habitaciones es una cafetera de Nespresso, estuvimos en Praga y Budapest antes y ambas suites que teníamos contaban con cafetera, en este hotel te ofrecen café soluble. La suite que teníamos tenía mala distribución, un solo baño, la recamara principal era muy grande, la salita muy pequeña y poco iluminada. El año pasado nos dieron una suite con balcón que tenía la tina en medio del cuarto y la regadera no ofrecia privacidad porque las puertas eran de cristal.... lo bueno del hotel es la localización
