Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Rooms were spacious and super clean. Concierge was there 24/7 to book restaurants and handle all your needs. The bar and restaurant are really nice as well. Great central location.

Front desk staff were amazing. We showed up needing to pay the Uber driver in cash, which we didn’t have the local currency (ARS), and the front desk actually loaned us money we were so appreciative and thankful. As for the hotel, the room was clean and comfortable, the rooftop pool was really cool and we could walk wherever we wanted to go, safely. Highly recommended.

Stayed here twice, pre and post-cruise., 4 nights in all Selected for the location. Was suspicious that a hotel charging so little could rate this high but I understand why. Front desk service was outstanding from arranging one early checkin to a preferred room, to arranging taxi service from EZE and back. Rooms are small by US standards and minimalist and too dark for my tastes but everything was functional. The A/C didn’t work very well on my first stay but no issues on the second. You have to use your key card to power the room which I dislike, hate walking into a hot hotel room. Both showers leaked and got water all over the floor but overall functional with good water pressure and temperature. Bed very comfortable, pillows less so. Convenience store next door and endless food options all around. Nearest hop on/off bus stop is an easy 10 minute walk. Great are to start in if this is your first visit to BA.

We stayed for a full week and were very happy with our choice. The rooms are soundproofed and comfortable. Attentive housekeeping. Strong water pressure. The breakfasts are excellent as are the reception area, lobby, and atrium. Well maintained spa and exercise area. Good massage service on-site. Rooftop is lovely (bring footwear and towel for surfaces that are hotter than expected). Elevator is speedy. Staff is professional. Weaknesses: lax security system that relies on unreliable personnel presence at front desk at all times and key cards that become inactive easily. Also: unclear bar and restaurant availability. This was over New Year’s Eve and there seemed to be personnel shortages? But all told: would stay at this hotel again. Great area.

Amazing property in the best location in Palermo! Only blocks away from Alto Palermo mall and within walking distance of Palermo Soho... close to many great restaurants.. Residential neighborhood full of locals, no noise at night. Amazing service by the Bulnes Eco Suites staff! Will definitely return to this hotel!

La habitación cómoda, grande, bastante limpia, solo no le gustó que al llegar olía como a guardado, pero paso después de abrir la ventana y ventilar, pero en general bastante bien. La zona es bastante movida, pero el metro está muy cerca, es fácil movilizarse a pie y hay muchas opciones para comer cerca
