Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
We got room lower than what we reserve. Then when we know they chabged it to out category but AC is not working and too dirty as they said we don't have availability Then on NEXT day they shift us to lowest room type. Then they shift us to our room. 1 full day shifting between 4 rooms and slept without Air condition
