Loved the skylink straight to all terminals at Manchester airport. We landed 2.30am and was in bed by 3.30am after security and baggage reclaim. Woke 9.30am, showered and then to a lovely relaxed breakfast before heading home.

I had booked two rooms. The check came into one of the rooms that was already occupied, and I walked into a person who was sleeping naked. It was exceptionally embarrassing and did not seem to cause any distress to the next day. The next day, my keys didn’t work. When I went down to the main reception, my room Was not registered in my name and they had to put my name back on the reservation. I asked for the manager, but she was too busy. Overall, it was a horrible experience, a bare minimum Apology from the staff. I have never been subjected to such horrible customer service.

I used this hotel as a bed for the night prior to taking an early flight from the airport. I was warmly greeted at check in. I was surprised at how spacious the room was and the bed was huge!

The airport is in a great location and we had a nice stay before our early morning flight, we did make requests to have high floor rooms and close together with have two rooms booked but neither request was provided or acknowledged.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, before and after our holiday. It’s a convenient location, and we got room service which we did enjoy, the food was great. Only criticism is the only option for anything to drink after arriving late after our flight was to buy a small can of pop which cost £3.80 which we found extortionate. Apart from that we had a great stay. Loved the view from the runway view room before our holiday also.

The restaurant service was awful we ate for dinner the staff were constantly over the table asking to take plates 4 times whilst we were still eating dessert was brought and we had to then ask for spoons, we ate there again in the morning and had our breakfast plates taken away TWICE whilst we were getting coffee

Wonderful hotel. Stayed here for one night as a family of six before an early flight the next day. The hotel fulfilled our requests which included adjoining rooms with an internal door, one room having a double and a single and the other having three singles. Kids enjoyed the pool. There was a fairly busy road outside and obviously there were aeroplanes flying overhead, but we didnt hear a thing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
