Used to be one of my favourite places to stay in Busselton but it Defintely feels like standards have declined in the last couple of years. The room wifi hasn’t been working on the last two visits and the room telephone was also not working on my recent trip. It’s a fabulous location with beautiful grounds but could use some TLC

The foyer, concierge, dining bar and outside areas were clean but the room looked very tired, hadn't been cleaned properly for sometime and outdated. The bathroom looked to have been installed somewhere around 2004 and in need of a makeover.

Property staff was excellent, friendly, courteous and helpful. The proximity to the beach is excellent. Grounds are well kept. Kitchen was equipped quite good. Huge balcony, very nice. Only one negative comment and that is in regards to the floor, mostly carpet. Clean visually, but required us to wear our shoes at all times as within a few minutes bare feet were very dirty. Carpet should not be used in these units. That is the only complaint.

We really enjoyed the resort overall, but it would have felt more inviting if there had been a bar closer to the pool areas—grabbing a drink without leaving the vibe would’ve been great! Instead, it felt more like sitting in a hotel lobby, which didn’t quite have that "resort" feel. Unfortunately, we had a couple of unpleasant surprises in our apartment. While they were addressed after we reported them, we felt that being offered more than just a late checkout would’ve been a better gesture, especially since we were planning to leave early that day anyway. That said, the location was great, beach was fantastic, the pool areas were great, and the apartment itself was really nice. Service and cleanliness just missed the mark for us this time.

The room we stayed in was tired and the furniture and decor needs an update. The carpet was stained and stretched, the curtains didn't close properly and the vertical blinds had strips missing. The kitchen area was clean but the cupboards didn't close properly and the bench area was stained. The room didn't have that welcome feeling and wow factor when you opened the door and walked in.

Overall pleased, but we think management need taking a view on staff numbers, e.g., reflections restaurant, staff doing a great job but they need support, waited 35mins for 2x omelettes…. They are too busy….. need someone else in the kitchen. We expect they take undeserved criticism due to delays through no fault of their own.

The swimming pools were great for my 8 year old granddaughter. The Apartment had a minimal kitchen fit out. Housekeeping not a daily service due to lack of staff; there was no buffet breakfast only at cafe. The internal phone system out of service. The smart TV had no instructions and required maintenance to instruct on use plus we were not told that you have to sign back in on your accounts every 24 hours.
