The hotel team, leaded by Mahelis, is fantastic. We felt like we were at home. It was a amazing stay in Havana, for sure. Location was also great, far from the crowd of Havana Vieja. Everybody should visit Cuba and stay at Napster.

An oasis on Havana in the embassy district. Great staff and everything work as expected. Breakfast was ok but the Italian dinner menu was great. The pizza was outstanding! Pancho and Carmen provided outstanding service!
