My sister and I absolutely loved our stay at Alhabana. 1st the level of service is warm, generous, attentive, very personalized, knowledgeable and effective. We were able to communicate with Mariem before getting to Havana, and she was extremely helpful and accommodating from the beginning providing great information that was valuable allowing us to plan an epic trip. All the reception staff we worked with (Mariem, Fabio and Rafael) maintained the same level of personable, kind, resourceful service throughout our stay with seamless communication and cooperation among them allowing them to keep track of all our activities. They were all key to arranging great excursions, transportation and any other services we needed with incredible service providers. 2nd the property is exceptionally clean, well maintained, breakfast was great (special mention to Pedro and Pavel), and all amenities were present as listed. The casa is well located as we were able to walk most of the time to our activities in the city. We recommend this place if you are looking to have an immersive, authentic experience in Havana.

Mayte and Robert were very helpful, nice , wonderful . They assisted me with my requests. They both went way beyond their “responsibilities “ . Breakfast was great too. The room was spacious ( had high ceiling ). It helped during the blackouts in Havana. Maybe just maybe the hotel can do something “ to address” the frequent blackouts 😊

third time staying here... staff is wonderful. Jorge the manager is fabulous.. property is lovely and the rooftop is fantastic.. every trip things improve a bit... this is definitely my go to choice.... highly recommend..
