Overall it's an absolute gem of a place. Quiet location, lovely friendly staff and a great welcome with mint tea and a map.
It is a 16 minute walk minimum from the Jemaa el-Fna square and therefore other main attractions, so bear this in mind if you'd rather be more central!
I paid the €15 each way to and from the airport for a transfer and I'd recommend this because it would be hard to find otherwise!
Breakfast is 7-10am each day and is a lovely selection of 4ish pastries, orange juice and tea or coffee.
I would say the only issue I had was that I came down for breakfast at half 7 one morning as I had to leave just before 8 for an excursion. Noone was around and noone turned up until 6 minutes before I had to leave! So it was very rushed!
Also for the airport I left at 07:10 and because the women who cook breakfast weren't there yet, I just had some orange juice and a bit of fruit and got some breakfast at the airport at inflated prices!
So maybe I should have given them notice, but also if I've been told breakfast starts at 7am, that's what I expect.
The rooms are simple but spotless and have aircon (an essential in summer), a good supply of hot water and clean towels.
The only thing it's missing is a hot tub or some sort of pool you can actually get in - I really missed this and noticed that speaking to other travellers who had these, an afternoon dip would have been lovely!
