El hotel esta bonito y bien limpio pero no tiene aire acondicionado y los colchones de las camas son bien duros e incomodos , al no tener aire acondicionado hay que dormir con las ventanas abiertas y se escucha todo el ruido de afuera de los carros que pasan y la gente hablando

I made an honest mistake with the check in date for this property. I was unable to get a credit nor a refund within 5 mins of the discovering the error of the check in date. I tired to update the reservation in real time to stay at this property and they had no occupancy. So I asked for a credit because I often stay here. No resolution, no credit, no refund. No more Hotel Santiago da Arma and no more Orbitz.

They made me dinner when I was starving and they were 5 minutes from closing time and I REALLY appreciated that after a long day of travel. The room was comfortable and clean and all the staff were excellent.
