Its a very old hotel from the 1980s probably. The hotel is situated very close to the Haram especially from the ladies gate. what I liked: - its very clean - bed is quite comfy - distance to Prophets mosque what I disliked - breakfast buffet is average - the furnishings and features of the hotel are quite old - checkin took a long time and the hotel was very busy I think the hotel rate should be abit cheaper given these above points

The service provided by Jasim (bell boy) was excellent, he is always happy to help. Overall experience is good but the Breakfast is below average, we stayed there 7 nights and every morning we go with a hope but breakfast standard are not upto the mark on a single day.
