One of the worse check in experiences I’ve ever had. Rude, disrespectful, uncaring staff member who went out of her way to provide a terrible experience. Thankful for the other staff member who was able to simply resolve the issue with professionalism. Valet took forever and staff were also rude and uncaring. Would stay elsewhere if possible though the bed was comfy!

The ceiling tile needed to be replaced. Shower head broke, had to hold the shower head just to take a shower. It was not worth the almost $600 we spent for two days.

The hotel is okay and close to all. It’s just a little pricey being there’s no ref in the room and hot water is very slow. Only one chair in the room for the price.

Where do i begin.... for starters i paid for 2 double beds. When i called down to the front desk to ask them if we could switch to what i had a reservation for, they said they had no more rooms and quickly hung up. The rooms and lobby were unvacuumed and dirty. The smell of weed as soon as you walked in the loby by the valet station was over whelming. The rooms need to be updated. Everything was broken or all scratched up. Carpets are stained. The fire alarm went off at midnight and we had to stay in the lobby for over an hour with people complaining and yelling. Theres 0 free parking. Had to pay 32.00 a day for valet. We we got our car back, the radio was blaring, the temp was changed and there were 20 miles put on the car. But of course no one knew how that happened. Most unfriendly cuatomer service. Only thing and i mean only decent about this place is the location. Will not be back!!

Had our 1st stay here with my sept 17th for 5 nights. Loved this hotel ,room was very spacious,clean and had everything we needed. The staff were super friendly &helpful ,lamp didnt work in the room and we reported it and someone fixed it immediately. The restaurant on site was lovely and the food excellent and again the waiters were very friendly. The doubletree is very convenient for the redbirds baseball stadium as its right across the road. Also close is peabody hotel & Beale street. Will definitely stay here again when we return to memphis.

the front desk lady was nice but the service was slow and unfamiliar. Took an hour to get clean towels. was not told that i needed to request for my room to be cleaned. And my room was not clean prior to me checking in. Tub was full of candy wrappers.

Needs to be updated. Room was very dark because of dark paint with little light carpet needed replacing in several areas. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Hotel restaurant part was good. Car servine no gd
I enjoyed my stay people were nice and attentive. Just did not like pulling in to vallet park only to have people thcame before and after us get their cars parked and we had to ask for service. The those employees out side were complaining to us about people calling out and the weather being so hot...I m on vacation and want to enjoy my self. Not to here about strangers problem. As the take for forever to do their dam job. I will park in a public lot then have to deal with them again

The door to the bathroom in our room didn’t close properly. Waited two hours to check in because computer systems were down. The lobby was humid and stuffy. Something nasty on the office chair in the room we stayed in. Mascara marks on sheets.
