Great place for St. Jude Marathon stay
Easy access location right outside downtown. Unexpected bonus, they offered a marathon shuttle drop off and extra early breakfast with a great variety of items for runners. Room was nice and clean.

In Memphis for the St Jude run. We were initially a little worried about the location, but lots of guest were in town for same reason and made for a good atmosphere. We arrived early / mid-day on Friday and were allowed early check-in. Room was small but clean. Beds slept well. Staff were exceptionally nice !

Great hotel with great staff
I really liked this hotel. While it may need a little updating, it was very clean and the room was fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in the shower, as well as hand soap and lotion at the sink. The staff is incredible! Every hotel employee greeted us as they passed by while doing their jobs. As an added bonus, they provide a great breakfast. I stopped there while traveling to Louisiana and again on my return trip to Chicago. I will definitely be staying there again.

Downstairs lobby is very welcoming and decorated for the holiday. The clerk greeted us right away and was super friendly. Room was very clean and smelled nice. Only problem was the drain in the bathroom sink is backed up. Also there was a mildewy smell coming out of the heater fan. Other than those 2 issues, the room was very clean and comfortable.

Jonathan was amazing. We asked about a BBQ restaurant and the one he recommended was excellent. The check in process easy. Zee was so sweet. She managed the breakfast solo. And it was delicious. Highly recommended.
