I asked if I could check out a day earlier & get my money back for that day. The Manger charged the 63 dollar. Taken out my account. Once I tried explaining what happened all she kept saying was 3 - 5 days it will be on my account. It was taken out my account & not refunded. I needed that money so bad at the time she just played like she had no care what so ever. I still aint got my money back. No check up call nothg. I'm missing the 63 bucks that got charged for no reason & the 63 bucks that was supposed to be refunded for leaving day early.

Not like the description at all. Staff were terrible not friendly or welcoming. Acted like we were a burden more than a guest. Parking lot had busted window glass on the ground. Trash everywhere. Some of the windows were broken and fixed with tape. Not safe feeling at all.

The shower you can clearly tell was not cleaned before arriving. The carpet needed vacuumed and the refrigerator did not work. They have a lot of drug activity throughout the hotel the person in the room next to me stopped me in the hall to try and sell something. The escalator is DISGUSTING they don’t care enough to keep the halls clean either. Constant noise and banging 24/7 you can barely sleep.

We always enjoy our stay here and this is why we keep going back! Enos (sp) is an amazing worker and always make us feel welcomed and helps our stay be the best! Love the service of all the workers and we plan on keeping coming back!

Flag should have gone off when you pull in and need a key to park your car behind gates. Then walk into the room which was not too bad to inch of dust on light bulbs, half of which work. Pool not operational. Hot tub filled in with cement. Slept not bad. Shower in the am was a mystery on how to turn on without braking something. Front desk helped with directions on how to turn on. Go for a quick breakfast before leaving at 6:30 as per reservation to find out they do have breakfast. Equipment all there but don’t do it any more. Don’t recommend this hotel.

Best stay ever

Our experience was amazing from the time we walked in through the time we left. The front staff recommended restaurants for us to try out. They were amazing. It was nice having friendly faces to walk into each time we left and came in.
