Cozy hotel in perfect location! Kind and helpful staff….and they spoke English, too. Will definitely return, as well as recommend to friends visiting the beautiful Alsace region.

The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. The room was clean and safe. The staff was so pleasnt, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was also ideally located to the tram and other locations. I highly recommend.

This was a last minute reservation and the hotel was very accomodating. We ordered a triple room and they offered us a double and single for same price. Quite a walk from the Christmas market; but, we had been walking all day, so it wasnt an issue. The train station was across the street so that would be very convenient for some. I loved our balcony!

Very holiday atmosphere!

Great little hotel for exploring area. Comfortable rooms.

First time there, overall a very positive experience. Earlier checkin was possible which was very helpful too. The only slightly negative about this is the location next to sometimes busy traffic, but that is nothing that the hotel can change obviously.
