Alarm went off at 2am, apparently for no reason. Good service, clean, basic breakfast included, free airport shuttle. Our room had malfunctioning toilet and very low water pressure. Good location but I would say they should pay attention to the maintenance since it's a Marriott

The staff was very friendly. The pool on the roof is small, but it is very fun to be able to swim with a view. The room was extremely basic, with no artistic flair. I would have preferred to stay somewhere that felt like I was actually in Mexico, this place is very bland in appearance. That is why I gave it a 3, because other than that I would definitely recommend it!

I purposely booked this hotel because it stated it provided an airport shuttle, I sent a message asking if this would be available for an early flight but did not get a reply. On checking in was told the shuttle didn’t start running until 9am which was no good for me as my flight was at 7am. The height of the fixed shower is an inconvenience to a tall person.
