The chase in our room was very filthy. My partner and I didn't put anything on it, due to how grossly dirty is was. My room had controlled a c which was horrible!!!! I am currently going through menopause and I was sweating and having anxiety flair ups. I would not be staying here.

Hotel itself was great. The only issue was at check-in. I was checking in at 3pm and hotel staff only had one person at the front desk. Waited about 45 minutes to an hour to check-in due to the long line. Did talk to management and they are aware. Other than that minor inconvenience, everything else was great. Would stay again.

Pillows have a bad odor. Shower was getting clogged. The shower head and the connections were a little loose. The carpet had a big stain. Blankets need to be replaced they’re were a little yellowish. Parking lot is too small for a busy weekend. Elevator was not functioning one day out of stay. Since our last stay the hotel has been deteriorating a lot.
