Fantastic honeymoon stay

Fantastic service. My husband and I spent several days of our honeymoon here. When I mentioned that fact to the concierge, that evening there was a nice note and chocolate covered strawberries and red wine to share. Very thoughtful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec! Great location for visiting the world class anthropology museum, park and area shops and hotels. Loved our room on the 17th floor, where we got a real bird’s eye view of much of the city. Staff was great - very helpful and professional. We highly recommend it.

Excellent centrally located hotel.

From the moment I stepped up to the front doors, my stay was fabulous. The hotel has a set of motion operated sliding doors that were so clean I almost walked into them. As soon as I entered the lobby I was greeted, offered assistance, and easily checked into my room. All staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The concierge tried to get me some hard to acquire tickets, and even though he was unsuccessful, I appreciated the kind effort. The hotel is directly across the street from the park, a short walk to the Chapultepec Castle, the Museum of Anthropology, the Modern Art Museum, the Botanical Garden, the zoo, and the hop on hop off bus. The neighborhood is upscale, clean, and I never felt unsafe. The Paseo de la Reforma, the main avenue, can be accessed all the way to the Palacio de Bellas Artes and other museums in that area.

El hotel era lindo y ubicado en un area bastante segura y conveniente. En general nuestra estadia fue agradable, lo unico que diria que tendrian que mejorar un poco es en el room service, nos paso un par de veces que el pedido estaba mal (algo faltaba o habia algo mal) y cuando eso sucedia se tardaban entre 10-20 minutos en volver a la habitacion con lo que sea que estaba faltando. Pero descontando eso, todo resulto de lo mas agradable.

Don’t judge the hotel for the exterior! As soon you get in the atmosphere is so chick and classy! Loved it! From now on I’ll stay there only! The rooms are so spacious and the minibar is impressive! The bed is super comfortable and super clean! The toiletries are from a very prestigious brand, you will appreciate each detail! Additionally, the breakfast included (buffet style) is above and beyond, it’s not the typical breakfast, this is a luxurious meal! Trust me, I’ve travel the world and this chain will not disappoints!!! Finally, pleas keep in mi d that this was México’s first hotel chain ever existed so, trust me, they to deliver the quality service you except and deserve!!!
