Don’t judge the hotel for the exterior! As soon you get in the atmosphere is so chick and classy! Loved it! From now on I’ll stay there only! The rooms are so spacious and the minibar is impressive! The bed is super comfortable and super clean! The toiletries are from a very prestigious brand, you will appreciate each detail! Additionally, the breakfast included (buffet style) is above and beyond, it’s not the typical breakfast, this is a luxurious meal! Trust me, I’ve travel the world and this chain will not disappoints!!! Finally, pleas keep in mi d that this was México’s first hotel chain ever existed so, trust me, they to deliver the quality service you except and deserve!!!

Was a nice enough hotel, pleasant staff. We arrived around 1 Pm and our room was not ready so we had to accept a room on a lower floor that wasnt as nice as the one we had hoped for. That wasn't great.

I can honestly say that there was not one thing I can complain about during our stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the area was close to many great attractions, such as the Chapultepec Castile and Museo de Anthropologie. The area also felt safe.
