So far this hotel has been the worst we have stayed in during this trip to Mexico City. The worst part was what seem to be bedbugs, I took photos of the bites on my child and my husband. They were also infested in mosquitoes and it was burning hot. We asked for a fan and they said there were none available and that they would put us on a waiting list. However, we never got a call letting us know there was a fan available. They were also infested in roaches, when we came back from dinner and turned on the lights, we noticed there were cockroaches in our bed. Mexico City is a beautiful city. However, if you’re coming to town, please do not stay in this hotel. I am opening a report with Expedia because this has been the only time that we have been bit by insects, and I hope this matter is resolved.

The place seemed understaffed and neglected. Kind staff, nice workers. The area is near the historic center and Reforma if you know how to navigate the city. The neighborhood is a little scary. The city is like that in many areas. You can not avoid that. Great value for the money.

The staff was really rude , i got charge 200 pesos just to let my friend went to the bathroom because the restrooms in the reception didn't work they were outhl of service, the inside of the hotel had a really bad smell and also let dont let you donthe check in untill 3pm , even if you paid more to do it 1 hrs earlier.

Unacceptable . No cleaning !
No staff to clean the rooms. Out of 4 nights the first one was without any cleaning ,the other ones at 5 pm just because they don’t have staff. And you had to ask a couple of times,so as if they did you a favor. Cleaning people just didn’t show up for work…no one cares . I like the hotel, rooms are quiet and spacious but like this I better go somewhere else. A pity they don’t think twice about their guests

Desde que llegamos el servicio fue deficiente, se tardaron 2 horas en entregarnos la habitacion que porque no tenian personal suficiente y la habitación aun no estaba lista, tienen nula seguridad en el hotel, cualquier persona puede entrar y salir como si nada. El ultimo dia antes de irnos mientras nos salimos a almorzar alguien se metio a mi habitación y se robaron mi celular y mis airpods, el hotel se deslindo por completo de la responsabilidad, las de recepcion se pusieron a la defensiva y que no podian hacer nada hasta que llegara el gerente, el cual segun llegaba hasta las 5 de la tarde (nunca llego), y que ademas no tienen camaras en los pasillos. Hasta la fecha cuando marcamos nos evitan diciendonos que el gerente aun no llega, o que se acaba de ir. Me arruinaron por completo el viaje y ni el hotel ni esta pagina ha podido ayudarme en nada.

The Amigo shuttle bus did NOT show up at the airport in provided time. I ended up taking a taxi and getting ripped about 60-70 dollars. When I went to check in my room was not available. The whole point of a reservation I thought? Rather than blow up and feed in to the entitled American persona, I took another cab (at my own expense) to a tiny econo lodge on a street filled with hookers. They said I could stay there the entire time If I wanted. Nope. I took another cab (at my expense a 3rd time) back to Andrade and got in a room. Which was lovely. I started my vacation about 24 hrs after I arrived in Mexico City. Also, the restaurant never seemed to be open. Or have a staff. I saw a couple guys get drinks at the bar, but it might as well not be there. I got a burger one morning, and I don't think it was even cooked. So i got food elsewhere the whole time. The Andrade location was fantastic! Two of the ladies at the desk were great workers, and seemed to be bearing the brunt of upper management's decisions? I don't know.
