Short description of the property and the environment:For rent in the popular complex Residencial Myramar del Sol - Mijas Costa.


Luxury penthouse with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, communal swimming pool and children's pool. Located only a few hundred meters from the Mediterranean Sea in Mijas Costa. The modern and spacious penthouse is located in a quiet and beautifully maintained urbanization, yet close to all amenities. Located on the fourth floor, with lift. The living room is tastefully decorated and features a chaise longue and a dining area for 4 people and central air conditioning (hot and cold) throughout the penthouse. There is a flat screen TV with some international channels and free WiFi internet. The fully equipped separate kitchen has all the necessary amenities, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. There is a terrace behind the kitchen where you find the washing machine and tumble dryer. From the living room, kitchen and bedroom you have access via sliding doors to the very large L-shaped terrace facing south, west and east with panoramic views over the communal gardens of Residencial Myramar del Sol, the pool, mountains and the sea. The bedroom with fitted wardrobes and double bed has an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. The complex Myramar del Sol is gated and has 24 hour security. There is a private garage space in the underground garage with lift to the penthouse.


Central location There is a supermarket, several bars and restaurant and a bus stop to Fuengirola only 400 meters away. Also at 550 meters from the penthouse and Myramar del Sol resort is the Los Amigos Beach Club. Here you can organise day trips and excursions to the famous places in Andalusia. The beach is only 450 meters walking distance, and is accessible via a footbridge over the coastal road. Fuengirola is the nearest town, within 10 minutes’ drive. Here you will find the indoor Miramar shopping centre, zoo, water park Aquapark, the beach with harbour and nightlife. The apartment is located halfway between Malaga and Marbella are both about 25 minutes away with the beautiful Puerto Banus a further 10 minutes west. There are several award winning golf courses in the vicinity of Myramar del Sol. One: the 18-hole El Chaparral Golf Club just a few minutes’ drive. In short; an ideal penthouse for a couple or golf lovers.

TERRACEVery spacious L-shaped terrace with views to the south, east and west. A small part of the terrace is closable with glass panels. On the terrace you’ll find a comfortable lounge set, a patio table with 4 chairs, electric table grill and 2 sunbeds. From the terrace you can enjoy stunning views of the gardens and pool, the sea and the mountains of Mijas. Washing machine and tumble dryer under a cover.


SWIMMING POOLThe resort Myramar del Sol features a large beautiful landscaped swimming pool with separate children's pool and a sun terrace with sun beds.


COVID-19 update: The swimming pool will open 22 June 2020. The use of the swimming pools this summer will be different as it will be conditioned by the respect of the minimum distances, the capacity of use, the distances between family units, the limitation of guests, the timetables, etc; in short, a civic behaviour in line with the current situation and for the benefit of all.  Toilets will remain closed. No use of the resort sunbeds. You need to bring your own pool towel.


The exact rules and regulations will be present in the accommodation. The hours of use of the pool during from 22 June will be from 12.30 pm to 7.30 pm.


GARDENThe apartments are set around a beautiful subtropical garden with a fish pond, water features and a large swimming pool. The complex is fully fenced.

CARFor this accommodation we recommend a car. However at about 450 meters away from the apartment there is also a bus stop towards Fuengirola. So if you wish you can also use public transport / taxi.

In order to improve the quality of your check-in on site, we recommend that you pay the full amount before your arrival. This is the total amount including extras and deposit. Arrival outside office hours. After 17:00 hours or in the weekend, the entire amount must be paid in advance.


Upon arrival on Monday to Friday before 17:00 you will be personally checked in and escorted to your holiday accommodation. The keys will then be handed over to you in our office. For arrivals after 17:00 you can get keys from one of our key safes. The route and details will then be sent to you by e-mail.

Mooi geriefelijk aanganaam appartement, met fantastisch terras. We hebben genoten van een rustige ontspannen vakantie, met vele leuke uitstapjes in de buurt (auto is een vereiste). Leuk zwembad en strand in de buurt evenals mooie natuur.
