There is nobody on site during the evening so if you run out of coffee then their nobody to give it to you. Otherwise everything is excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at the Be Mate apartments in Milan. The apartment was beautifully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully stocked kitchen and the bath amenities were a nice touch. We especially appreciated the two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, which provided ample space and privacy. One bathroom had a shower, while the other had just a toilet and sink, which was convenient for our group. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was of high quality, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location of the apartment was perfect, allowing us to explore Milan with ease. The only minor issue we encountered was difficulty connecting to the WiFi, but it didn't detract from our overall experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend Be Mate apartments for anyone visiting Milan. It's a great blend of comfort, convenience, and location! Communication with the staff was A !!

Overrated online. The location was convenient and practical for this business trip stay of 2 nights. The apartment was spacious but not a ~3.5-4 star property and the high price. Water was scalding hot and comes gushing out of sink until figuring out to gradually turn valves - literally. Left a pink mark on my back on the shower as the boiling water comes out suddenly. I informed receptionist and shocked by her response. You are a big boy, you can handle it. Comical indeed but also unprofessional.

Amazing!!
Our stay was amazing! I would highly recommend staying here. The apartments are amazing and great value for money. Perfect location to stay for a break in Milan. Within walking distance of the Duomo and easy to get to anywhere in Milan from the apartment. It’s was my partners birthday and they left a note for him and a bottle of Prosecco- which was a lovely touch! The staff are super helpful and are always there to answer any questions!

Everything about this place, from the location to the room to the staff, was exceptional. It is located right on the Metro line in a beautiful area full of restaurants and shops, the room was pristine and stylist, and the staff was kind and communicative. I will stay here next time I am in Milan.
