Loved how close it was to the train station! The shower threw us off as the jets wouldn't stop/we couldn't find a way to turn it off. We went to the rooftop bar - drinks were good, food was okay. Very small portion, especially the veal meat for the burger.

Great location, staff and breakfast.
Great location near Milan Central Railway Station, so ideal for visiting lots of places by train. Slight rumble felt in the room from trains but nothing to detract from the stay. Friendly reception, bar and restaurant staff. My only complaint was the tv, as it constantly froze due to being through an internet connection, but I guess I should have been enjoying the delights of Milan rather than watching tv :)

Great Hotel
We arrived by train at the hotel it is 5 minutes walk from station so very convenient. If you want to go to duomo you can just walk across the road and get on the metro. The hotel staff were excellent, stay included very good breakfast, a welcome drink and 10% off meal at their restaurant. The check out time was 12.00, perfect for us to catch the train to the airport for afternoon flight. Room very comfortable and clean, would definitely recommend.

IQ - perfect location to explore Milan & beyond
There are so many positives about Hotel IQ Milan. Firstly it was in a perfect location for both access to all that Milan and beyond has to offer and also for handiness to airport shuttle transport to and from Bergamo airport. The hotel staff were so pleasant, friendly & helpful and could not be faulted. The hotel was spotless and the spa was lovely to wile away an hour. Breakfast was fantastic & the bar was relaxed, where each evening finished with a night cap in a friendly, comfortable environment. A fantastic idea in this hotel was the facility on the second floor, where you can fill up your water bottles and also get ice at any time of the day…..also a microwave if you need it, although we never used it. To cap it all off there was a complimentary minibar (non alcoholic), replenished daily with refreshments, which was great appreciated always. Thank you to all in IQ Milan for a wonderful stay

GREAT STAY!
WE HAD ADDED A NIGHT TO THE BEGINING OF OUR TRIP AND THIS HOTEL HAD A ROOM AVAILABLE. ARRIVED TO A SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF , A ROOM THAT WAS SO CLEAN IT LOOKED NEW, AND A RESTAURNT AND BAR STAFF THAT WAS SECOND TO NONE. NOT TO MENTION GREAT FOOD! NEXT TIME WE ARE IN MILAN THIS IS THE WHERE WE WILL BE STAYING FOR SURE! ALSO VERY CONVIENIENT TO THE TRAIN STATION.
