I like the hotel however I didn’t like that they charge €150 on arrival as a deposit as I was not told about this beforehand. I was told the amount will be refunded when I leave. I am still waiting for it to be refunded and have not heard back from the hotel .

We had an amazing experience. The room was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was an easy to travel to the main city for the hotels location. The tram line is literally outside the hotel. The staff give you information on how to get to and from the hotel. Would recommend this place.

The hotel is nice, our room though was 2 stories so we had to bring the luggage up the stairs, there was a topless lady frames painting on the wall and I had my kids with me so it wasn’t appropriate, I found spiders in the room a couple of times. Overall its not bad, the breakfast is good too

Amazing hotel! Great location for airport Malpensa
It may be further from the city but only a 16 euro taxi and can also take public transport! and only half an hour to the airport! Very warm welcome and they said they gave us an upgrade and the upgrade was a good room size! The breakfast was amazing with so many drink options and eggs/waffles made to order! Would definitely stay there again! Maybe even use the Spa next time!

This hotel could be so much more if the basics were in place. First of all when we arrived and checked into our rooms, in the first room, with 3 single beds one of the beds wasn’t even made. After a quick call this was quickly rectified but they didn’t seem ready for our arrival at all. Then with the second room we asked for a Queen bed and a single when we booked and there was only a double which was then split into 2 singles. Even after all of that the air conditioning didn’t work in one of the rooms. The appearance of the hotel was lovely, staff were attentive even in what was probably their second language and the location was perfect as it was close to both a tram and metro stop, however, the fundamentals were not in place so I won’t be rushing back.
