Great location
The hotel is in a perfect location. Right across the street from the train station and metro station. It is a nice hotel, but beginning to show wear. Our shower knob to turn on the hand wand was broken, as was our window latch. You had to call down to the front desk in order to have the air conditioner turned on and even when we did, the room felt no cooler. The bathroom and shower were very spacious but also very dark. It was ceiling to floor in black which made it difficult to locate the light switches which were also black. There was no fan in the shower so the whole room became foggy and hot when someone took a shower. We went down to check out the breakfast that was offered at an additional fee, but found it very unappealing. The food was dried out and not replenished.

THE HOTEL TOOK SOME FINDING IN THE POURING RAIN AND THE ENTRANCE WAS ROUND THE CORNER. BREAKFAST NOT SO WELL ORGANISED ON THE SECOND MORNING. I WOULD HOWEVER BE HAPPY TO STAY THERE AGAIN.

Good for train travel
Fine for a night after coming in late from the airport but it’s not where you want to be if you want to sightsee in Milan. We left first thing the next morning so being across the street from the train station was great.

This was my 4th stay at the Glam hotel in the last 2 years. It's a reliable property with very easy access to the central train station, and the Duomo area. It has a great breakfast option. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for a short stay in the city without breaking the bank.
