Pictures look GREAT but the inside of the room was terrible - Maybe i was unlucky, but was checked in late, room was dirty, no food, bar was closed :-( Very upset - some would say, if you didn't like it, you should have gone elsewhere - true - but was only there for a night to watch a football game, so where i was staying didn't really matter. However, wouldn't go there with my family. Very noisy, bad neighbours - not family friendly at all. Ive attached pictures of the bathroom

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for a very long time. Typical rip off pricing when an exhibition is held at Fiera Milano. Breakfast fruit was out of date and rotting , rooms where not clean Lifts were broken , place is run down . I was booked and paid for three nights but I couldn’t put up with it anymore so checked out and got another hotel for my last night.

Not a good “Idea”

Disappointed in this hotel and do not recommend. Perhaps the saying “you get what you pay for” applies however there are details you expect in a hotel. The rooms have almost no amenities. We were lucky to have a towel for showering. Very odd looking room, no night tables. There were no glasses nor simple items like Kleenex tissue. No coffee nor tea available. Tv had no remote and very tiny. Reception was not the friendliest nor was checkout. The outside grounds were not maintained and in need of lawn maintenance. I did not try breakfast and can’t rate this. I would not recommend this location. There are no “do not disturb signs” available and housekeeping early on morning of checkout woke us up when checkout is at 12. It appears to be a business hotel that is trying to save as much overhead/operating costs as possible and it shows. Stay at your own risk.

Unique? That’s one way to describe it, never in my life have I been subject to such inhumane conditions. The place is dingy, dirty and disgusting. We had two nights booked but couldn’t complete the stay, legging the place first thing in the morning. Ironically, on our checkout we seen wave upon wave of cleaning staff, can I ask what they all do ? As I find it hard to believe they are preparing rooms. Overall, vile… Leaks, bed bugs, loud ac unit, some not even working, parties everywhere. Hang your head in shame. Not four stars

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in!

From start to finish not good! Reception took forever upon arrival! Room was very basic but we didn’t mind that. What we did mind was not being able to have the window open without the stench of cigarettes and weed coming into our room from the smoking area! We were on the 1st floor! The air con didn’t work and in fact the control unit on the wall was loose and could easily electrocute someone! Luckily no kids with us so just laughed about it. Only 1 thin pillow each, so the next morning I asked housekeeping for 2 extra pillows. Never happened and by the time we got back it was too late to get any! Bathroom was basic but fine. The last night was spent mostly awake listening to several students (sounded German) running around the corridors, slamming doors, and making a lot of noise until beyond 1am!!!! Totally unacceptable and absolutely no challenge from hotel staff or even the teachers supposed to be supervising them!!

Everything was good except for the complete lack of air conditioning in the room. The room was a sauna and there was not the options to regulate the temperature from your own thermostat. It was dine by the horel/ city. I had 26 degrees in the room. Not good at all

By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in, plugs were hanging out of walls, handrails hanging off, doors don’t lock properly, shuttle bus service that is inconsistent and doesn’t run during the main part of the day. Doors bang all night long, constant noise from exposed wiring and air con in the room, toiletries disappearing during the day, dim and flickering lights, only had 1 room clean in a 4 day visit, no explanation on where anything was, really poor breakfast, hole in the tiling of the shower, uncomfortable beds, 1 thin pillow, windows don’t close, gaps around the frame. The hotel is very deceiving from the photos, looks nothing like advertised, wouldn’t recommend to anyone
