The staff was and is very rude to us. Our hair dryer didn’t work we asked for a replacement twice and no one got back to us … the dinner food was horrible at the restaurant. The hotel is not in a safe area, lots of people living on the street and in campers. I did not feel safe walking around. They also scam you with taxi pick ups. I would advise to use Uber “taxi” much better. Saves 10-15 euros right by doing it that way. Taxis also claim they can ONLY take cash and don’t give you your change back. All taxi will take card. Don’t be fooled. They just want to take you money.

Couldnt really fault the hotel only there three nights and didnt eat in the restaurant as i was in the city so cant comment on that but its location isnt the best unless youre driving or willing to pay for taxis which can get expensive

The hotel was clean and modern but the location was terrible - not within walking distance to any restaurants or other locations. The staff was poorly trained, unaware of opportunities for dining, unaware of the operations of the hotel, and providing miscommunication or conflicting information repeatedly during my stay. The dining room ran out of pizza dough in the afternoon and was unable to provide adequate food for the breakfast meal. Overall, it was a poorly run hotel operationally.

This hotel is in an Expo zone and somewhat near to Milan. Staff was quick and effective when I asked for an iron. I complained about a green emergency light on the wall that would not let me sleep because of its brightness. I was mansplained by a man at the desk that at for fire security. Yet, there are two other red blinking lights for security in the room. So bring your eye covers to sleep. Otherwise, a BRIGHT green light will be staring at you, so bright, you can almost read a book.

The hotel was nice. It’s located in a remote/industrial area so transportation is required. We took the bus to the metro but it was a long walk to get there. I had dinner one night and was not impressed with the meal. The meat was bland especially for the price. The service staff was friendly and very helpful. So, if transportation is not an issue and your lunch and dinner are not considerations then this place is great.

This was our groups first and last time staying at Klima Hotel Milano Fiere. The hotel at first was nice but upon closer look it was felling apart. The shower sealing in one of our room was broken so bad that water was all over the floor any time someone took a shower. I took a photo and showed the front desk staff the issue and they informed me that nothing could be done. I also complained to the front desk that twice we ran out of toilet paper. When I brought these issues to the staff at the front nothing was done and talking to me seemed to be an inconvenience. The only bright spot of our stay in regards to staff was Anna who worked in the food area. She was helpful, kind, and would go above and beyond when we needed help.

Nice hotel. The breakfast was good. Having to walk 2km to get to public transit past an abandoned hotel through industrial area and a tunnel with homeless people, unnerving.

Although the property was nice, the restaurant was very limited on what to offer. When asked to order an item waitress said it was to busy to be made when place wasnt even packed. Then item I asked for was brought out.

The Hotel was overall clean and very decent and the staff particularly helpful to assist with any requests. However, if you're planning to rely on public transportation during your stay in Milan, this hotel might not be the best option possible to stay.

Nice hotel, modern, clean and good facilities. Terrible location. I’m the middle of a disused industrial estate with no links to public transport. Taxis to the city centre or local amenities are expensive, approx €40-€60 each way. This information isn’t displayed anywhere so factor that cost into your journey.
