The apartment was in a great walking distance to main attractions. Not a lot going on around the area, but it was great for what I needed it. The details, the little snacks, and it was very clean.

The place was updated and clean. The person who checked us in was very friendly and wanted to make sure we had what we needed. Breakfast was just ok. Options like yogurt, fruit, juice, water, but pastries were retail-wrapped and some a bit dry. Within walking distance of the Duomo. Overall a good value.

Ok but not great.
It is a pleasant enough hotel, though not central. You need to take the Metro. I had a lot of trouble checking in as we arrived late and my phone was not enabled. There is no reception.

We stayed 4 nights at the Residenza Isabella. Enzo and Isabella made us feel like we were staying with friends from the moment we arrived. The apartment was comfortable and roomy, and walking distance to the Duomo and Sforza castle. Lots of places to eat and have fun! If you prefer to take the the metro there is a station 5 minutes from the Residenza. The daily breakfast was excellent and Sonia took great care of us every morning. Unlike other corporate hotels the room was cleaned daily and the coffee and other amenities replaced. We highly recommend staying at this place!

The family running the stay couldn’t be any nicer or more accommodating. Easy check in and we were spoiled with an excellent Sunday breakfast the next day at their restaurant next door.

What a wonderful experience! The b&b is located about a ~17 min walk to the Duomo di Milan and the area around it felt very safe and exciting! We had a problem with connecting to the WiFi and Ruan very quickly came to our room to solve the problem. He was very attentive and caring, so great! Room had a cute view of a casual Italian street, giving a very authentic vibe. The breakfast was pleasantly surprising, so much food and all so yummy; it felt never-ending! Overall, I would recommend this stay!

I enjoyed my stay at La Residenza Isabella. It's a family run bed and breakfast located in a very central area of Milano. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and there's even a fruit stand / grocery downstairs. It's very walkable to most major sites and there are delicious restaurants and cafes on the same block. It was lovely meeting Isabella and her family, they offered very helpful and friendly service. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The location is indeed central. The family who runs the business are v friendly and helpful. The double rooms are small with nice interior. What you need to know is that it's almost impossible to sleep due to extreme noise nonstop from main street (tram, university, hospital, school, syrens...). No soundproof windows. We couldn't sleep the 3 nights even with professional earplugs. Double beds are small of 160cm with trampoline like mattresses so you wake up the moment the other person moves. Check in after 20 costs 30€. Overall price of 130€ per night is much too high compared to good hotels in the neighbourhood.

Def worth it .Lovely staff
It was really nice . We were all happy with our stay, the apartament was beautiful,10 min from centre. Def worth it. Breakfast was lovely,full of choices. Our apartment had balcony which was so good for a morning coffee. We def going to come back to Milan one day and stay at La rezidenza Isabella again.
