This is hotel is generally fine. It’s not in a great location for tourism. It’s more consistent with the type of hotel that would host a large group. Perhaps a convention. The air conditioning was shut off for the season so we had to open the windows, which made our stay very noisy.

The room they gave us wasn't what was advertised. We complained and they gave us another room which was worse. We had reserved two nights and they agreed that if we checkout in the morning they will refund us the second night and they never did. At the front desk when checking out again confirmed this with them and they said rest assured the refund will be processed. A week passed and I called and they again assured it would be processed. Again called weeks later and still nothing. They repeatedly lie.

We were given a room that was not set up for guests to stay in. It was like an empty dungeon. There was no other furniture other than a bed and a tv table. There were barely any lights in the room. A few minutes into our stay, a staff member opened the room without knocking on the door. It felt like we were thrown into a random room and there was no system to set this room up or know if there was someone inside or not. The phone was literally broken so we couldn’t call reception. The location of the property is in a run down area of Milan. I’ve had much better experiences in 3 star hotels than I had in this 5 star hotel.
