The air conditioning unit was beeping for hours throughout the night and we could not sleep. No one was available to help us until the morning. They attended to the situation, but we were exhausted from being up all night from the beeping. The place was great besides that

Our stay was really enjoyable with the staff being very attentive and the property being very clean. It is like a studio flat with all the appliances you need to feel at home. Will happily stay there again for our next trip to Milan.

Our room for 3, not big but very well distributed and pretty, in great condition, you have everything you need and comfortable. A young man received us and show us about our stay, not the concierge. Location is great, (unless you are driving) just in the center of nice stores, historic center (3 min walking to the Duomo) and nice restaurants. It was excellent!

The area was amazing and 5 mins from the duomo cathedral. The staff was amazing as well. However the mattress in the room needs to be changed out. There was a lump in the middle of the mattress which made sleeping a little hard. Other than that, the room was good.
