This property is filled with mosquitoes from the lobby to the rooms. My children were bitten and left with swollen body. I can share pictures. If you are going to this property you need to be prepared for this. The staffs are not helpful at all.

Excellent staff especially Yuri but worst experience ever with the property condition. Broken window handles, poor AC, bathroom needs immediate upgrading, broken pool tiles / shower. Not recommended at all.

Great location for us with parking. Tram stop and metro right outside hotel. The pool was fabulous with sun loungers on a grassy area. Breakfast was included and was good but thought the food in the evenings not very good so chose to eat out after the first night.

No air con within the property, was so hot within the lobby and bedrooms was like an oven! Bedroom doors dont shut properly so you can hear all doors being slammed to close them, or they want close. Cant comment on restaurant as we ate out to try local foods/restaurants. Wasn't a good experience, and stayed at a good about of Noveltels as we know what we get or got before

Excellent hospitality at breakfast but didn’t feel it during our stay really. Very disappointed you need a cap for the pool - they don’t tell you this till arrival. My son is autistic and won’t wear one so we had to not use the pool at all. Pillows were not good so asked for a change.

The Hotel was very hot and they would not turn on the Air Condition. When I asked several times, they said they only run the Air Condition on between 7-10, not sure if it was AM or PM. They moved us to a different room for better airflow but it was very hot and we couldn’t sleep.

We chose the hotel for the facilities- especially the Outdoor swimming pool and lounges. It would have been handy to know previously that ‘seasonal swimming pool’ meant that it wouldn’t be open until 1st June and similarly with the sun lounges. On checking in, we had booked a room accommodating 2 beds ( superior king and sofa bed) when checking for the 2 beds, it was changed to just a standard twin and one staff member inferred that it could have been rectified if only we had booked direct even though the space and cost was different- unhelpful to say the least! The best one was when we had unpacked all our belongings to discover that the staff member checking us in, had made an error and we had to repack everything and relocate to a room further up the corridor, with a car park view, 10 minutes later. However, as an apology, we were given a drink voucher. We didn’t use the restaurant, as it was very limited in accommodating dietary requirements and although teas and coffees were provided in the room, we had to buy our own dairy and dairy free milk or told to buy coffees from the bar! Each day we had to go to reception to ensure our keys would allow us back in the room, as they would never work. The room was adequate and cleaned well. Staff were helpful at phoning taxis for us and the location was close to metro, tram and bus stops to get into the centre. It is a hotel that is useful as a base, rather than a holiday style hotel as insinuated in the photos.
