Good location to Central Station and Metro and numerous restaurants. The staff was poor in responding to requesting extra pillows three times. The hotel said the air-conditioning was turned off for the season so the room was extremely warm so we had to sleep with the door open to the balcony, which was, terribly loud and noisy all night . Yeah

Not safe
My stay at your hotel was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about safety and privacy. We were given a room on the ground floor, very close to the reception area, which was unbearably noisy. We could hear constant noise from the reception and traffic from the street, making it impossible to relax. To make matters worse, due to an error by the receptionist, another guest was given access to our room and actually walked in while we were inside. This is a major breach of security. As if that wasn't enough, at 9 AM, the cleaning staff opened our door while we were still sleeping, without any warning or knocking. It was deeply unsettling to realize that anyone could enter our room at any time. I’ve never felt so unsafe in a hotel before, and I cannot recommend this experience to anyone.

Lots of room for improvement. The shower is too slippery and also the curtain doesn’t cover the water spill into the floor The bedroom has one pillow per guess. It’s always nicer to have 2 pillows per guess. The tv guide channels are not as entertaining. You could add more international channels. The staff at the front desk can be a little nicer. One in particular was not so welcoming. Also make sure you have a door sign (do not disturb’ We don’t like people coming into our room without notice.

It had a industrial decor was very modern.The room was tiny but I managed.There is no coffee /tea making facilities or room service for food.During the day I felt safe enoyas there are lots of people around although groups of migrants behaving in an antisocial manner.Great for transport close by.

An ok stay, definitely booked last minute. The proximity the train station was helpful for us given several delays and extremely late arrival, and that we only planned to stay long enough to take a train. The front desk staff was great given our 2am check in. However: we were in a room on the ground floor. This is an INCREDIBLY noisy place at night with people on the sidewalk right out our window and street racing all night. Hotel would be wise to convert any ground floor rooms to something else. Also, area around trains station was somewhat unsafe feeling that late at night with a lot of people “hanging out”, take that how you like.
