Great location, very near the train station and subway. The hotel itself was a bit hard to find at first but once we got there and made a note of the location, it was easy to access. Room itself was very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy and the restaurant food was good for dinner. Reception wasn’t super helpful with questions but that could have been a language issue. Overall we had a great stay.

Odd property entrance. Taxi drivers unwilling to get close to the entrance. Only if the hotel called for the taxi they would not come at the entrance. With big luggage pieces it was difficult to get to the hotel.

Great little find in Milan
I had a lovely trip to Milan. Hotel is very close to Tain station with loads of shopping and places to eat. I did take a taxi into main down town area x2 cost 20 euros. So over all great location. Hotel room was big and clean huge shower - I really liked having so much space! I wanted to try the breakfast but was too jet lagged so can’t comment on that Would recommend this place yes. If you want to be right down town I am sure it would cost more but they have a very nice sister hotel my friend stayed in… either way you can’t loose

Love that it was so close to Milano Centrale, 5-9 min walk. We had early train trips to Alba and Parma and it was a perfect walk in the morning. Breakfast was good, good variety. The hotel is easy to find. The rooms are huuuuge! Love it! There was an issue with the bathroom shower, the drain was super slow but as soon as I mentioned it to the front desk, when we got home that night, it was fixed and draining well. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. Everyone was nice and helpful.

The building was completely covered with a white netting material that made it look like it was under construction. I was told there was no construction happening to the building and that the netting was for safety purposes. Not sure what that means. Also, the power went out for 3 to 4 hours and no one could get into their rooms. It appears the hotel did not have an emergency generator.

The room was really large. Extremely large and spacious. A quick walk from the train station. It was a bit confusing finding the entrance to the hotel but once I found it, it was so simple.
