Pool was warm, but quite small, chlorine in poor & hot tub was not objectionable. Road noise on freeway side of building was excessive, bring ear plugs if you’re placed on that side. Breakfast was very nice, well done. Checkin guy was rather indifferent & actually kinda grumpy. Checkout was good.

Would never stay here again. Horrible smell throughout the entire hotel including rooms. The whole place is run down, we couldn’t even sit on the toilet because 3 of the pads were missing from seat. Dresser and countertops were stained and stick.

Check in was easy. Our room floor was wet but we didnt think much of it because we thought it was from the humidity. Our AC sounded like a chopper taking off. Later we heard a couple talking about their room smelling like mildew and the host said they did have some water get a few rooms wet. So now I wonder if our room was one of them? The morning we were checking out we went for breakfast first and pushed on our door to assure it fully closed. Well come to find out it didnt even latch at all! Thank goodness we had used the extra security latch at night, as someone could have just pushed right through the door if wanted. All of this was verbally explained to the desk at checkout. It was accepted with an "ok".

Toilet paper was wet. Breakfast didn't have options marked for allergies like celiac. Soap in bottom of the tub. Cleaning staff walked in well before checkout time & our "do not disturb" sign was off the doorknob. No extra pillows available.
